Where we test
A lab inside the plant, not an outside service
The laboratory is part of the production line, not an annexe to it. Sitting next to the mixers means a result comes back in hours rather than days, and a deviation is caught while it can still be corrected — before it becomes a held batch.

The instruments
Measured with instruments, not by estimate
Every figure in the results register has an instrument behind it. Viscosity on a viscometer, solid content by weight before and after drying, pH on a calibrated meter, and bond strength by a pull test on the substrate itself. What we have no instrument to measure, we do not claim.
